Katherine has been committed to helping companies meet their business challenges through innovative talent solutions and advisory consulting. She has spent nearly 20 years partnering with clients who are seeking to transform, grow, and capability build across consumer, retail, lifestyle and health and wellness brands. Katherine has worked with boards and C-suite leaders and her recruitment focuses on CEO, President, CXO, senior digital and marketing roles. 


Katherine understands how to scale, how to be nimble, and how to be entrepreneurial as companies seek to top-grade and establish foundations for growth. She is experienced and comfortable working across all asset classes.  Throughout her career in executive search, Katherine has placed impactful and authentic leaders. She has developed a broad and diverse network around the world.  She has leveraged her leadership and competencies-based training to guide pragmatic talent decisions.


Executive Search Experience

Prior to setting up her own firm,  Katherine worked at two premier,  global executive search firms  primarily with global, large cap / Fortune 500 clients.  Katherine was a Senior Client Partner with Korn Ferry where she focused on CEO, GM, chief experience and growth officer roles. She was then recruited to be a consultant with Spencer Stuart in the global consumer and retail practices focusing on C-level commercial roles with retail clients. Most recently, she was a Partner at TrueSearch, a highly specialized, tech-enabled boutique firm working with VC and private/family office clients. 

Expertise and Functional Experience

Katherine was on the Steering Committee of Korn Ferry's marketing officers and digital practices. She has led hundreds of senior-level integrated marketing, consumer engagement, brand and go-to-market searches throughout her search career. 

Prior to executive search, Katherine was also a marketing consultant for Mercer. She spent several years with UBS and The Walt Disney Internet Group. This foundation enabled Katherine to understand the convergence of consumer needs and technology.
